I am a photographer and a traveller. I have a day job in the Construction industry. In my spare time I love the outdoors and I am a petrol-head. I love to ride my mountain-bike and go on adventures with my partner- sometimes close to home, sometimes as far away as I can get.
This project is a labour of love. At one time I would have called this a hobby, but I think that trivialises it- I don’t take photos for the sake of it, although I do absolutely love it! Over the years I found that my best work was always when I was visiting somewhere new or being a part of something I enjoyed, and had brought my camera along to document that experience. So that is what this page has become- a small documentary of some of the more beautiful or exciting moments of my life.
On this page you will find a portfolio of some of my favourite images, sorted by categories of what I shoot, but my favourite part- the part I hope you can spend some time to enjoy- is the blog. Each post is a small story, documenting some memories and hopefully capturing the mood and feeling of what I saw.
The name of my page, which I have published under for many years now, on and off, comes from the beautiful hazing effect you often get when shooting in the direct sunlight at sunrise or sunset. I chose to keep this name because page is not here to sell you anything, but simply a place for me to share my passion with the world. I hope you enjoy viewing these images as much as I do creating them.
